• Pricing: Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations.
• Availability: Product stock can vary between our physical outlets (Bihi Towers and Skymall) and online store. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Warranties

All devices sold come with valid manufacturer or regional warranties, including specialized coverage such as 2-year East Africa warranties on select Oppo models and 1-year local warranties on Redmi devices, where applicable.

4. Shipping & Store Pickup

We provide same-day/next-day delivery within Nairobi and reliable countrywide courier services across Kenya. Customers may also choose free in-store pickup at our designated retail locations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Firi Communications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from our stores or website beyond the scope of applicable product warranties.
